| Pete Dack
Certified Super Slow Instructor
Pete brings a lifetime of fitness experience, through trial and error, in sports, fitness and nutrition, to SuperSlow.
Pete has years of experience with weight training. His commitment to fitness started early as the youngest in a houseful of athletic older siblings… with free weight and a bench in the basement. From freshman year in high school onward, Pete dedicated hours in the weight room training with strength coaches, learning a wide variety of strength training theories and regimens, and seeing the results and effects of those different theories on himself. He adapted those principles, created his own programs and continued to evolve, research and experiment.
Nothing has achieved, with such precision, the level of fitness he has found with SuperSlow - fast, effective, and injury-free. In fact, a nagging, persistent and seemingly unfixable old shoulder injury gradually disappeared with the aligned, mindful, precision-work of SuperSlow’s protocol. In no time. It just went away. How nice.
”This protocol solved a long-term shoulder problem and has given me the best results I’ve ever had from weight training.”
Pete has been a certified trainer for three years. ”SuperSlow has given me back the zeal I first had from fitness training: to help people build a healthier, more balanced, capable body to enjoy life.”
Pete is continually reading, researching and discussing fitness ideas and issues. He holds a firm belief in crafting enduring health through sustainable fitness practices. And, he takes great pride in providing that for his clients and friends.
