About Us

The SuperSlow concept is one of the most innovative fitness systems ever. It has exploded onto the scene from coast to coast. We are personally thrilled to have been chosen by "The Los Angeles Times" as one of the Top Ten New Businesses of 2001.

Almost everyone who has tried SuperSlow, has fallen in love with the results and is excited to have that classic, sculpted look — all without having to spend endless hours, day after day, in the gym.

As more and more people try this revolutionary system, we at SuperSlow Brentwood are confident that it will become the most popular fitness system in the country, especially here in L.A.

Certified Super Slow Instructor

Chris came to SuperSlow as a yoga teacher. Having trained in Integral Yoga at Sri Swami Satchidananda's School in New York City and receiving additional training at Satchidananda ashram in Virginia, Chris moved to Santa Monica where he has been teaching yoga for the past three years.

Chris was introduced to SuperSlow by McKerrin Kelly, the manager of SuperSlow Brentwood, but as a yoga teacher and long time yoga practitioner Chris was initially very skeptical of the SuperSlow system. How could 30 minutes once a week possibly have any impact on his body?

From his first time at SuperSlow, Chris knew this was no ordinary method of lifting weights. Intricate attention was given to his body alignment on each machine as well as to the range of motion and the specificity of each movement on each machine. Moving the weights slowly greatly challenged him, and the results won him over.

After six months of training Chris was convinced by the efficacy and safety of SuperSlow. Not only did he gain significant strength, mass and definition but his yoga and stamina improved and his injuries dropped off completely.

Chris still teaches yoga - but he is now a true believer in the SuperSlow method- not only as a complement to a yoga practice - but as a complement to any life style.

Chris believes his SuperSlow clients all benefit appreciably from this safe effective method of lifting. People who never believed they could be strong again get strong. People who thought they couldn't get any stronger, get stronger, and it gives Chris great satisfaction to personally help each of his clients gain that strength and vitality.
